Work with agencies to produce powerful and creative above the line communication relevant to the local culture Check ads with the consumer to make sure

Objectives of the ad are met
The ad is relevant and believable
Ad is unique and reflects brand image

Optimization:
Check media prices to make sure the client is getting the best available rates for each media channel
Monitor media to make sure all spots have been aired and receive compensation for un-aired spots
Suggesting the right allocation of media spend into the media channels (outdoor, TV, Print, Radio, instore..)in the right proportions for each client
Obtain year end rebates for clients from the media providers from the budget spent
Suggest “Tracker Research” to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns
